2020-21 RESIDENCE FEES

All residence fees include wireless internet, telephone service, voicemail, and cable television service. Computers, televisions, patch cords, and coaxial cable are not included, unless otherwise noted. The fees listed are for the 8-month academic year.

Single and Double Room Fees

Meal plans are mandatory for all rooms / bed spaces in Loyola North and Vanier. For more information on meal plans, please visit FIH Dining.

Rice Apartment Fees

PLEASE NOTE:

A minimum modified mandatory meal plan component for ALL rooms / bed spaces in Rice is also required for the 2020-2021 academic year. All Rice residents are initially defaulted to the Easy 100 Plan, but can upgrade by contacting FIH Dining by email at: dining@. 

Senior Apartment Fees

Residence accommodations for 3rd year, 4th year, graduate, and students over the age of 21.

PLEASE NOTE:

A minimum modified mandatory meal plan component for ALL rooms / bed spaces in Senior Apartments is also required for the 2020-2021 academic year. All Senior Apartments residents are defaulted to the Easy 100 Plan, but can upgrade by contacting FIH Dining at dining@. 

ALL bed spaces in Loyola South 19th floor and 20th floor Senior Apartments are billed as super-singles based on addition amenities, such as in-bedroom TVs.
