Please note: the AAA ceased to produce their own style guide as of Sept. 2015 (AAA notice). Their website directs users to the Chicago Author-Date Style. The library has produced a guide for Chicago Style using the author-date system. And there is an online subscription to the 17th edition of the Chicago Manual of Style in the Library. Provides examples of how to cite books, journals, newspapers, government documents, and web sites using APA, MLA, Chicago, and Turabian styles.

Online Writing Lab (OWL) at Purdue - This site provides good explanation and examples of APA, MLA and Chicago citation styles. It is very well known in academic circles. However, please note that the OWL site has recenlty begun linking to a citation generator that is not free nor recommended.
